Jingxin Financial fully acquired Hong Kong TA Securities, a subsidiary of the largest TA Securities company in Malaysia, and developed the company into a large securities company specializing in fixed income products such as investment bonds in Hong Kong. Malaysia King Sun Life Insurance Co., Ltd., wholly invested and operated by Jingxin Financial, is one of the few life insurance companies in Southeast Asia approved to sell US dollar life insurance products. Jingxin Financial also plans to create a large innovative insurance multinational group through mergers and acquisitions.
